Congratulations to The JAHMA Foundation President J. Kenneth Pagano, NAHP-e, CPM, SHCM is also President and CEO of Essex Plaza Management Associates. Cumulative 8 years of proceeds which exceeded $1 Million this year is donated to The JAHMA Foundation Scholarship Fund to further educational opportunities for those residents living at a JAHMA member “Affiliate Property.” High school seniors planning to begin post-secondary studies, high school graduates currently enrolled in college or trade/professional schools, and senior citizens pursuing additional educational opportunities are eligible for these grants.
